Returns 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

How will I get my refund?


1.Refunds will be processed within 15 days after we receive your package. And we guarantee that within 30 days, we will refund to your original payment method.
2.We will NOT be including the original shipping fee and insurance because they are non-refundable.
3.During high volume seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas, additional time of up to 1 week may be needed to process your refunds. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

 

How do I make a return?


 

1. Email to Hometept customer service that tell them you need to return or exchange
2. Give the customer service order number and the reason for the return
3.The customer service confirms the return and will give you a return address and shipping label
4.Refunds will be processed within 15 days after we receive your package. And we guarantee that within 30 days, we will refund to your original payment method.

 

Important Notice:



1.Please do not send your return to the sender's address. This is not the return address, You should email us and get a right address.
2.Please make sure you don't include non-hometept items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

 

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?



1.You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and the original packaging.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages


Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

Shipping


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
